How to set it up

1. Walk through the setup order and get your basics ready.
2. Connect Sportlink — your members and teams then come in without retyping.
3. Check what comes in via approving Sportlink changes; you don't want to accept every federation change blindly.
4. Create groups per team and give coaches and managers the right permissions.
5. Prepare your fee plans and link child and parent accounts for families.
6. Schedule the first bar shifts and set how many people each shift needs.
7. Set up referee scheduling; your referees then arrange their own duties.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work without Sportlink? Yes. You can manage matches manually; the connection only saves typing. Whether your federation runs on Sportlink differs per sport and per country — Belgian hockey clubs do, Dutch KNHB clubs do not. See 4planning for hockey clubs.
