Viewing and managing matches
On Matches you see your club's schedule, browsable day by day.
Where matches come from
- Sportlink — if your club has Sportlink linked and synchronisation turned on, matches come in automatically, up to two weeks ahead. Changes (time, location, status) are updated automatically; if a referee is already assigned, they get notified of the change.
- Manual — an administrator can add a match themselves via Add match: date, start time, home team, opponent, location and field. Manual matches (for example friendlies) don't count towards the league standings and are labelled "Friendly".
Only manually added matches can be edited or deleted afterwards; matches from Sportlink are edited in Sportlink itself.
Viewing the schedule
Browse through the days using the date navigation. You'll see:
- Your matches — matches for teams you're part of, highlighted at the top.
- Other matches — the rest of that day's schedule.
Click a match for details, including the result once the match has been played.
Declining a match
Do you play yourself and can't make it? Open the match and click Decline, giving a reason. Your decline is visible to your teammates and administrator. Changed your mind? Click Attend to withdraw the decline.
Frequently asked questions
- I don't see any matches in the app. Check whether your team is linked to Sportlink and whether synchronisation is on — your administrator sets this up.
- Can I edit a Sportlink match? No, you edit that in Sportlink itself; the change comes in automatically at the next sync.
- Do friendlies count towards the standings? No, manually added matches never count towards the official league standings.
- I don't see a separate "my matches" row. That only appears if you're on a team linked to Sportlink; otherwise you see one combined list.
