Bar shift statistics

Get insight into the contribution, staffing and performance of bar shifts within your organisation.

The statistics overview

This dashboard shows a summary of all bar shifts. You can filter on:

• This month
• This year
• All time

For each period you get insight into:

• Total hours worked The total number of hours of bar shifts worked. For example: 15.2 hours
• Fill rate The percentage of bar shifts that are fully staffed. For example: 67%
• Unique volunteers/staff The number of different people who have helped. For example: 3 people
• No-shows The number of times someone did not turn up. For example: 0 times

Performance per person

The performance overview shows per member:

• Position (a ranking based on contribution)
• Name and email address
• Hours worked
• Number of shifts worked
• Number of no-shows

This gives you immediate insight into:

• Who is most active
• Who works few or no shifts
• Who may be absent more often

Good to know

• The list contains every member set up as bar shift staff
• Members without any shifts worked are shown as well
• Ideal for distributing the work fairly
