Opening a ticket scanner
In 4planning you can open a ticket scanner to check visitors quickly and securely at an event. You can simply use a phone or another device for this.
Opening the ticket scanner
Every scanner you create has its own QR code and link. Use these to start the scanner on a phone or another device.
- Go to the event in question.
- Open the Ticket scanners section.
- Choose the scanner you want.
You now see a QR code and a link.
- Scan the QR code with a phone to open the scanner directly.
- Or copy the link and open it in a browser.
This lets several phones or devices act as scanners.
Scanning tickets
With the scanner open you can check tickets.
- Use the device's camera to scan the ticket's QR code.
- You can only scan tickets you have permission for.
