Changing your environment's colours

Step 1: Go to Settings
- Log in to your 4planning environment.
- Open the Settings section.
Step 2: Open the house style settings
- Go to the house style settings, where you can change the environment's colours.
Step 3: Pick a colour from the palette
- Click the colour setting.
- Select a colour from the available palette.
- Select a primary and a secondary colour. Test the colour thoroughly in your environment to see whether it looks right.
The chosen colour is applied immediately as the environment's primary colour.
Step 4: Enter your own colour code
You can also set a specific colour using a colour code.
- Enter the colour code you want (a HEX colour, for example).
- Check that the colour is displayed correctly.
This is useful when your organisation has a fixed house style colour.
Step 5: Save your changes
- Save the settings.
The new colours are now visible in the environment.

- Use colours that match your logo and house style.
- Make sure there is enough contrast so the environment stays readable.
- Test the colours on different devices.
