Changing the theme

In 4planning you can change your environment's theme. This changes how the app looks — a winter theme, for example, can make it snow in the environment.

Step 1: Go to Settings

1. Log in to your 4planning environment.
2. Open the Settings section.

Step 2: Open House style

1. Go to House style.

Here you see the themes available for your environment.

Step 3: Choose a theme

1. Select the theme you want.

At the moment the following themes are available:

• Standard
• Winter (with snow in the environment)

More themes may become available in future.

Step 4: Save your changes

1. Click Save.

The chosen theme is applied to the environment immediately.

Tips for effective use

• Use a theme that suits the season or your organisation's character.
• Change the theme temporarily for events or campaigns.
• The theme works both in the browser and in the app.

Good to know

• The chosen theme is visible to every user in the organisation.
• You can change the theme at any time.
• New themes may be added later.
