Creating your own 4planning environment

With 4planning you can easily create your own environment. A short wizard walks you through setting up the basics of your organisation. After that you can start configuring the environment further right away.

Step 1: Start the wizard

1. Go to https://app.4planning.nl/start.
2. Start the wizard to create your environment.

Step 2: Fill in the basics

Enter the key details of your organisation:

• The name of your organisation.
• The colour of the environment.
• Your organisation's logo.

These details immediately determine how your environment looks. You can always change them later.

Step 3: Create an account

Create your personal account. This account automatically becomes the environment's first administrator.

• Fill in your details.
• After registering you receive an email.
• Click the activation link in the email.
• Set your password.

Step 4: Terms and privacy policy

Accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy to continue.

Step 5: Start setting up

After activation you land in your own environment. Here you can start setting up:

• Groups and structure.
• Users.
• Events and communication.
• House style and settings.

Tips for effective use

• Use a recognisable logo and colour.
• Decide on your organisation's structure in advance.
• Start small and expand later.

Good to know

• You can manage several environments with one account.
• A demo environment can be converted to a paid version later.
• All settings can be changed afterwards.
