Setting your organisation's logo

In 4planning you can set your organisation's logo. The logo appears in the environment and gives it recognition and a professional look.

Step 1: Go to Settings

1. Log in to your 4planning environment.
2. Open the Settings section.

Step 2: Open the organisation settings

1. Go to the house style settings.

Step 3: Upload the logo

1. Click the option on the right to add or change a logo.
2. Select an image from your device.
3. Upload the file.

The logo is linked to the environment immediately.

Step 4: Save

1. Save your changes.

The new logo is now visible to every user in the organisation.

Tips for effective use

• Use a clear, recognisable logo.
• Preferably choose an image with a transparent background.
• Make sure the logo also shows well on mobile devices.

Good to know

• All users see the same logo.
• You can change the logo at any time.
• The logo is used in several parts of the environment.
