Changing your environment's font

In 4planning you can change your environment's font so it matches your organisation's house style. You can choose from a selection of standard fonts.

Step 1: Go to Settings

1. Log in to your 4planning environment.
2. Open the Settings section.

Step 2: Open the house style settings

1. Go to the house style settings, where you can change the environment's font.

Step 3: Choose a font

1. Open the list of available fonts.
2. Choose a font from the standard set.

Your selection is shown straight away so you can see how the font looks in the environment.

Step 4: Save your changes

1. Save the settings.

The chosen font is applied to the environment.

Tips for effective use

• Choose a font that reads well on both desktop and mobile.
• Use a font that matches your house style and logo.
• Keep the environment readable by choosing a clear, calm font.

Good to know

• The chosen font is visible to every user in the organisation.
• You can change the font at any time.
• Only the available standard fonts can be selected.
