Creating a sponsor package

In 4planning you can create sponsor packages to offer companies or partners different options and benefits. This gives structure to your sponsorship and makes packages easy to manage.

Step 1: Go to Sponsors

1. Go to Sponsors in the left-hand menu.
2. Choose Sponsor packages.

Step 2: Create a new sponsor package

1. Click or tap Create sponsor package.

Step 3: Fill in the basics

Enter the key details of the sponsor package:

• Name* – The name of the sponsor package.
• Amount* – The sponsorship amount for this package.
• Description* – A short description of the package.

Step 4: Add benefits

You can add several benefits to a sponsor package.

• Under Benefit, enter a title or name.
• Under Benefit description, enter the explanation.
• Click + Add benefit to add more benefits.

This makes it clear to sponsors what they receive.

Step 5: Save

Click Create sponsor package. The package is now available to use.

Tips for effective use

• Create clear, attractive packages.
• Use different tiers such as gold, silver and bronze.
• Keep the benefits concrete and measurable.
