Changing a sponsor package

In 4planning you can easily change existing sponsor packages. This is useful when amounts, benefits or descriptions change.

Step 1: Go to Sponsors

1. Go to Sponsors in the left-hand menu.
2. Open Sponsor packages.

Step 2: Open the sponsor package

1. Click or tap the sponsor package you want to change.

You land directly in the editing screen for that package.

Step 3: Change the details

You can change every part of the sponsor package:

• The package name.
• The amount.
• The description.
• Benefits and their descriptions.

You can also:

• Change benefits.
• Add new benefits.
• Remove existing benefits.

Step 4: Save

Save your changes. They take effect immediately.
