Viewing poll results

Poll results give you insight into members' choices and preferences. This article explains how to view the results of a poll step by step.

Step 1: Go to Polls

1. Log in to your 4planning environment.
2. Click Communication in the menu.
3. Then click Polls.

Step 2: Open the poll

1. Find the poll whose results you want to view.
2. Click the poll to open it.

Step 3: View the results

1. Click View in the top right.

Once you open the poll you immediately see the results overview.

• The number of votes per answer option.
• A visual breakdown of the votes (once you have voted yourself).
• The total participation in the poll.

The results are updated automatically as members vote.

Step 4: View details per answer

For each answer option you can see which users voted for it.

This gives you extra insight into preferences within your organisation.

• Share the outcome with members to increase engagement.

Good to know

• Results are visible immediately and update automatically.
• Only users with access to the poll can view the results.
