Deleting a poll

You can delete a poll when it is no longer relevant or was created by mistake. This article explains how to delete a poll step by step.

Step 1: Go to Polls

1. Log in to your 4planning environment.
2. Click Communication in the menu.
3. Then click Polls.

Step 2: Open the poll

1. Find the poll you want to delete.
2. Click the poll to open it.

Step 3: Delete the poll

1. Click Delete poll.

Step 4: Confirm

A confirmation message appears.

1. Click Confirm to delete the poll permanently.

The poll is deleted immediately and is no longer visible to users.

Tips for effective use

• Always check that you are deleting the right poll.
• Use clear names for polls so you can find them again easily.
• Only delete polls that are no longer needed.

Good to know

• Deleting a poll cannot be undone.
• All answers and results for the poll are deleted as well.
• After deletion the poll is no longer visible to users.
