Viewing and using your membership card

In 4planning you have a personal membership card with a QR code. You can use this card for various purposes within your organisation, such as access, registration and discounts.

Opening your membership card

You can view your membership card in two ways:

1. Click or tap the QR code at the top of the screen, to the left of the language flag.
2. Or go to Settings > Membership card in the left-hand menu.

You now see your personal membership card with its QR code.

What can you use the membership card for?

The card can be used in different ways within your organisation, depending on the environment's settings.

• Event registration – Scan the QR code on arrival to register your attendance.
• Event tickets – When you have bought a ticket, you can show it directly from your membership card. There is no need to print anything.
• Discounts – Use the card at participating businesses.
• Access – In some environments the QR code can be used to open doors or locations.

Tips for effective use

• Keep your membership card easy to reach on your phone.
• Use the app for quick access.
• Make sure your QR code is clearly visible when it is scanned.

• What the membership card does differs per organisation.
• Your card is personal and must not be shared.
