Setting up a subscription

A subscription links members to a membership fee plan. Payments are then generated and collected automatically according to the chosen interval.

Step 1: Go to subscriptions

1. Go to Finance in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Membership fees.
3. Open the Subscriptions tab.
4. Click Add subscription.

Step 2: Choose a fee plan

Select the fee plan you want to set up a subscription for.

• Fee plan* – Choose an existing plan.

The chosen plan determines the amount and the interval.

Step 3: Set the payment method

Choose the payment method for the subscription.

• SEPA direct debit.

This method collects payments automatically according to the chosen fee plan.

Step 4: Set the start date

Enter the start date.

• From this date onwards, instalments are generated automatically.

Step 5: Select members

Select the members the subscription applies to.

• You can add several members at once.

Step 6: Save the subscription

Click Save subscription. The subscriptions are now active.

Tips for effective use

• Check that members have entered a valid IBAN.
• Use clear fee plans.
• Set up subscriptions straight away for new members.

Good to know

• Instalments are created automatically.
• Members receive a pre-notice in advance.
• You can adjust subscriptions later.
