Changing or cancelling a subscription

Step 1: Go to the subscriptions
- Go to Finance in the left-hand menu.
- Click Membership fees.
- Open the Subscriptions tab.
Step 2: Pause or cancel the existing subscription
- Open the member's subscription.
- Choose Pause or Cancel.
Pausing suits temporary situations. Use cancelling when the subscription stops for good.
Step 3: Create a new subscription
After pausing or cancelling you can set up a new subscription with a different fee plan.
- Choose the right plan.
- Set the payment method.
- Enter the start date.
