Viewing running subscriptions

In 4planning you can easily view and manage all running subscriptions, so you know who has an active membership fee subscription and when the next payment is due.

Where do you find the subscriptions?

1. Go to Finance in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Membership fees.
3. Open the Subscriptions tab.

Here you see an overview of every active and running subscription.

What does the overview show?

For each subscription the key information is shown:

• Member – The user with the subscription.
• Fee plan – The chosen plan.
• Payment method – SEPA direct debit, for example.
• Status – Active, paused or cancelled.
• Next instalment – When the next payment will be collected.

This gives you immediate insight into your organisation's financial position.

Pausing a subscription

When a member temporarily does not have to pay, you can pause the subscription.

• Open the subscription in question.
• Choose Pause.

Instalments are temporarily not generated.

Cancelling a subscription

When a member leaves, you can cancel the subscription.

• Open the subscription.
• Choose Cancel.

No new instalments are created.

Tips for effective use

• Review the status of subscriptions regularly.
• Use pausing for temporary situations.
• Keep your administration up to date.

Good to know

• Subscription history is preserved.
• You keep an overview of income.
• You can always adjust subscriptions.
