Changing your language settings

In 4planning you can easily change the language of your environment, so you use the application in whichever language you find most comfortable.

Step 1: Change the language

1. Click or tap the flag for the current language at the top of the screen (to the left of your profile photo).
2. Select the language you want.

The environment switches to the chosen language immediately.

Available languages

Your organisation decides which languages are available within the environment. That way the application can match the organisation's audience and communication.

If a language is not shown, an administrator may be able to add it.

Tips for effective use

• Choose a language you use day to day.
• Check that notifications and communication also arrive in that language.
• Change your language when you work in a different environment.

Good to know

• The language setting only applies to your personal account.
• Other members can choose their own language.
• You can change the language at any time.
