Deleting a sponsor package

In 4planning you can delete a sponsor package when it is no longer used. That keeps things clear and makes only current packages available.

Step 1: Go to Sponsors

1. Go to Sponsors in the left-hand menu.
2. Open Sponsor packages.

Step 2: Open the sponsor package

1. Click or tap the sponsor package you want to delete.

You land directly in the editing screen for that package.

Step 3: Delete the sponsor package

1. Click or tap Delete in the top right.
2. Confirm that you want to delete the sponsor package.

The package is deleted and is no longer available.

Tips for effective use

• Only delete packages that are no longer active.
• Check whether there are still ongoing agreements with sponsors.
• Keep your sponsorship offering clear.

Good to know

• Deleting cannot be undone.
• Existing agreements remain, but the package is no longer available.
• You can always create new sponsor packages.
