Changing your profile photo

In 4planning you can easily change your profile photo. A clear photo helps other members recognise you and makes communication more personal.

Step 1: Go to your account

You can open your account in two ways:

1. Click or tap your profile photo in the top right and then click My account.
2. Or go to Settings > Account in the left-hand menu.

You land on the same page where you manage your personal details.

Step 2: Change your profile photo

1. Click or tap your current profile photo, or the pencil icon.
2. Select a new image from your device.
3. Confirm the change.

The new profile photo appears immediately in the app and in the browser.

Tips for effective use

• Use a clear, recognisable photo.
• Preferably choose a recent image.
• Make sure your face is clearly visible.

Good to know

• Your profile photo is visible to members and administrators.
• You can change the photo at any time.
• Changes take effect immediately.
