Joining the waiting list
Is a bar shift full? Join the waiting list and you still stand a chance of a place.
How does it work?
When a bar shift is fully staffed, you can put yourself on the waiting list.
- Go to the bar shift you want
- Click Waiting list or Sign up
- You are added to the queue
What happens next?
- You are placed on the waiting list
- As soon as a place opens up, you can be added to the bar shift
- This can happen automatically or through an administrator
The order of the waiting list
- Members are usually added in the order they signed up
- Administrators can deviate from this if needed
The status of your sign-up
- You see that you are on the waiting list
- As soon as you are added to the bar shift, your status changes to confirmed
Why this is useful
- You can still take part in popular bar shifts
- Open places are filled quickly
- Less chance of being short-staffed
Tip
Join the waiting list if you are flexible. There is a good chance a place will still open up 👍
