Deleting a bar shift

Easily delete a bar shift when it is no longer needed or has been cancelled.

How does it work?

Go to the bar shift in question and choose Delete. Then confirm that you want to delete the bar shift.

What happens when you delete?

• The bar shift is removed from the system entirely
• All associated sign-ups are cancelled
• The shift is no longer visible to members

Good to know

• This action cannot be undone
• Members who signed up are automatically removed from the shift

Tip

Only delete bar shifts that definitively will not go ahead. Does a shift only need adjusting? Then it is better to edit it 👍
