Setting up sponsor display

Under Settings → Sponsor display you determine where the logos of your active sponsors are shown automatically. The order and styling are fixed — here you only choose where, not what it looks like.

The four display locations

• Public sponsor page — a public page with all sponsor logos, grouped by sponsor package, viewable without logging in. Handy to share with (potential) sponsors.
• Dashboard widget — a gently scrolling logo strip at the bottom of your members' dashboard.
• On event pages — a static logo strip at the bottom of every event's detail page. Note: only sponsors with an uploaded logo appear here.
• In newsletter/email — a logo strip in the footer of outgoing emails.

Turn each option on or off independently and click Save. If "Public sponsor page" is on, a button appears to open that page right away.

Which sponsors appear

Only active sponsors are shown: not marked as ended, and within their set start and end date. A sponsor outside that window disappears everywhere automatically — you don't need to remove anything. Sponsors are sorted by their sponsor package level (highest package first), and by name within a package.

Temporarily hiding a sponsor

You don't do that on this screen, but on the sponsor itself:

• Fill in an end date to have the sponsor automatically disappear on a fixed date.
• Or set "Sponsor ended" to Yes to hide the sponsor everywhere immediately, even if the end date hasn't been reached yet.

Frequently asked questions

• I turned on "Public sponsor page" but the link shows an error. Check that the sponsors feature itself is also on — both need to be enabled.
• A sponsor logo is missing from the event page, but does show on the dashboard. That can be correct: the event page only shows sponsors with an uploaded logo, while the dashboard and public page show the sponsor's name instead when a logo is missing.
• Can I adjust the order of sponsors myself? Not directly on this screen — the order follows the sponsor package level. Want a different order? Adjust the ranking of the sponsor packages instead.
• A sponsor is missing from the email footer. Check three things: the sponsors feature is on, "In newsletter/email" is on, and the sponsor itself falls within its active period.
