Viewing the sponsor overview

In 4planning you have a clear overview of every sponsor within your organisation. At a glance you can see which sponsors are active and which partnerships have ended.

Opening the sponsor overview

1. Go to Sponsors in the left-hand menu.

You land on the overview page for all sponsors.

What does the overview show?

The overview is divided into categories:

• Current sponsors – Sponsors with an active partnership.
• Recently ended sponsors – Sponsors whose partnership ended within the past year.
• Past sponsors – Sponsors whose partnership ended more than a year ago.

This helps you manage relationships and spot new opportunities.

Clicking a sponsor shows more information, or lets you edit it.

Why this overview matters

• Insight into active and expired sponsor contracts.
• Easy follow-up with former sponsors.
• An overview of income and partnerships.
