Managing your personal details

In 4planning you can easily manage and adjust your personal details. That keeps your profile current and helps your organisation take your preferences and situation into account.

Step 1: Go to your account

1. Click or tap your profile photo in the top right.
2. Click My account.

You land directly on the Account tab, where you can view and change your personal details. The other tabs cover your security, notifications, display and privacy.

Required fields

The following details are required for your account to work properly:

• First name
• Last name
• Phone number
• Email address

Other details

You can also fill in extra information, such as:

• Street and house number
• Postcode and town
• Date of birth
• Company name

These details can be used for communication, administration or events.

Who sees these details?

You decide that yourself, on the Privacy & gegevens tab under Who sees what about you. On the Account tab there is a card that takes you there. For each detail you pick a setting from a dropdown, and it is saved immediately. For the date of birth there are three settings — Hidden, Day and month and Full date — and you can only choose Hidden if your club allows it. Administrators always see your details. Adding a partner

Where relevant within your organisation, you can also fill in details for a partner or companion. This can be useful for activities or planning.

Dietary requirements

You can pass on your dietary requirements. Think of:

• Allergies
• Dietary preferences
• Other important points

This information helps your organisation take them into account during events and activities.

Step 2: Save your changes

Once you have made changes, save them. The updates take effect immediately.

Good to know

• Only you and administrators can change your details.
• Privacy settings determine what other members can see.
• You can change your details at any time.
