What can you export?

You can export various bar shift data, such as:

  • Bar shifts worked
  • Hours worked per member
  • No-shows
  • Performance and statistics
  • An overview of bar shift staff

How does it work?

Go to the bar shifts overview or the statistics and choose Export.

Then choose the file type you want:

  • CSV – Suitable for a quick export and links to other systems
  • Excel (.xlsx) – Ideal for extensive analysis and reporting

After exporting, the file is downloaded automatically.

What is in the file?

Depending on the export you chose, the file contains things like:

  • The member's name
  • Email address
  • Number of shifts
  • Hours worked
  • Number of no-shows
  • Optionally the date and details of shifts

Why this is useful

  • Easily produce reports for the board or administration
  • Analyse members' involvement and performance
  • Use the data in external systems or bookkeeping
  • Keep an offline overview

Tip

Use Excel to apply filters or pivot tables. That gets even more insight out of your bar shift data 👍
