Viewing bar shifts as a member

As a member you can easily see which bar shifts are available and sign up directly.

The bar shifts overview

Your overview shows all upcoming bar shifts. For each shift it shows:

  • Date and time
  • Location
  • Description
  • Staffing (for example: 0 / 1)

That way you can see at a glance which shifts are still open.

What can you do?

  • Claim a bar shift Sign yourself up directly for an available shift.
  • Join the waiting list Is a shift full? Then you can put yourself on the waiting list.

The status of your sign-up

Depending on the settings you see:

  • Confirmed straight away (when claiming directly)
  • Awaiting approval (when an administrator has to approve)

Why this is useful

  • You immediately see where help is needed
  • Signing up takes only a few clicks
  • You keep track of your scheduled bar shifts

Tip

Sign up for bar shifts in good time. That way you avoid only having less convenient slots left to choose from 👍
