Where do I find my Sportlink client ID?

Your Sportlink client ID is in Sportlink Club, under Vereniging › Beheer › Gebruikersbeheer (Club › Management › User management), on the Clubsite tab. That one code is all 4planning needs to fetch your matches, results and standings from Sportlink. You don't need to look up your club code: we fetch it ourselves using your client ID.

Step 1: Log in to Sportlink Club

Log in to Sportlink Club, the program your club uses for its membership administration. You need an account that's allowed to open Gebruikersbeheer. Usually that's the membership administrator or the secretary.

Step 2: Open Gebruikersbeheer

In the menu, go to Vereniging › Beheer › Gebruikersbeheer.

Step 3: Copy the client ID

Open the Clubsite tab. That's where your club's client ID is: a long string of letters and numbers. Copy it in full.

Step 4: Send it to 4planning

Send the client ID to 4planning. As a system administrator, the easiest way is via Chats › 4planning Support. We'll then switch the link on for you.

Treat the client ID like a key: anyone who has it can request your club's data from Sportlink. So only share it with 4planning, and not in a group chat or a public message.

I don't see a Clubsite tab, or there's no client ID. Then your club doesn't subscribe to Club.Dataservice yet. You order it in Sportlink Club via the Shop shortcut. After that, the client ID appears on the Clubsite tab.

I can't open Gebruikersbeheer. Then your account doesn't have the rights for it. Ask the person at your club who handles the membership administration in Sportlink.

Do you also need our club code (relation code)? No. We fetch the club code from Sportlink ourselves using your client ID.

Is the client ID per sport or per club? Per club. Your club has one client ID, and it works for the federation your club is affiliated with via Sportlink.

Our club website already shows data from Sportlink. Then your club most likely already subscribes to Club.Dataservice, and the client ID is already there. You can send that same client ID to 4planning.
