Viewing your own schedule

Updated on

Under My schedule you, as a staff member, see your own upcoming appointments — exactly the information you need on the road.

What you see per appointment

  • The customer details and the address, so you can navigate straight away.
  • The customer's phone number.
  • The instruction or note the planner added.

Jumping straight through

Each appointment has buttons to get to the right information immediately:

  • Open customer profile — the full customer record.
  • Open project file — if the appointment is attached to a project.
  • Open maintenance contract — if it's a maintenance visit.
  • Work order — start a work order for this job directly (only if Work orders is enabled at your company, see Filling in a work order and getting it signed).

Completing a maintenance visit

For a maintenance appointment you can complete it on the spot with Complete maintenance. You're then asked whether the next visit should be scheduled right away:

  • No, just complete it — the planner picks it up later.
  • Yes, put it in the calendar now — you schedule the follow-up immediately.

Frequently asked questions

  • I can't see colleagues' appointments. That's right, this page shows only your own appointments. The full team overview is for administrators.
  • There's no Work order button on my appointment. Then the work orders feature isn't enabled at your company, or the appointment doesn't lend itself to one.
  • Can I reschedule an appointment myself? No, scheduling and rescheduling is done by the planner.
