Viewing your attendance history

Under History you'll find an overview of all events you signed up for.

What you see

Per event, a card with the name, the date and the cost:

• No cost if nothing was attached to it.
• Otherwise the entry cost and any cost for food, or "Free" if either was set to zero.

Click an event to go to its detail page.

Only your own sign-ups

This overview shows only your own history — you never see anyone else's here. And it only shows events where you were marked attending: events you cancelled or didn't respond to aren't included.

Exporting to Excel

Click Export at the top right for an Excel file with the same list. If you're using the app, the file arrives via your downloads.

Frequently asked questions

• An event I actually attended is missing. Only sign-ups where you're marked as "attending" appear in the list. If you joined on the spot without signing up, it won't be there.
• Can I see another member's history? No, even administrators only see their own history here. As an administrator wanting to know who attended an event, check the event itself (see Managing attendance).
• I don't see History in the menu. Then this feature isn't enabled at your club; ask your administrator about it.
• Can I filter by period? No, it's one continuous list with the most recent at the top. For a selection by period, use the Excel export instead.
